⭐How to book?
STEP 1. Select the date & the number of tourists and click on the 'Book' button above.
1) Read your product information and click on 'Next'.
2) Fill in the 'Customer Request' if you have any specific comments and click on 'Book' to proceed.
3) Click on the 'Confirm Booking'; then, your reservation is seen in 'My Page > My Booking'

STEP 2. Check out
1) Click on your Booking Number in 'My Page  > My Booking'.
2) Read through your reservation details and click on the 'Pay Now' button, which will be appeared within 24 hours after your booking is confirmed.
3) Click on the Paypal button to proceed with your payemnt.
4) We will send you confirmation email within our business time(9:00~18:00 KST on weekdays)

⭐CANCELLATION POLICY
3 days before the tour date : 100% refund
2 days before the tour date : 50% refund
1 day before the tour date : Non-refundable
If you need to reschedule the tour, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the tour date.
No refund for no-show without contact in advance.
Refund to be processed by PayPal.
 

⭐NOTE
-All reservations must be confirmed three days ahead of a tour. In case some sites of the tours are closed, a visit to alternative places will apply.
-Confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours, after booking with full payment (or payment of deposit).
